Payment processors — confirmation that a payment or donation was completed, along with limited transaction details (we do not receive or store your full card or bank account number).

3. Prayer Requests

We treat prayer requests with care.

When you submit a prayer request, you will be able to choose whether it is shared publicly on our prayer wall or kept private for our prayer team.
Public prayer requests may be seen by anyone who visits the Site. Please do not include information you would not want others to see, such as full names of other people, addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive medical or financial details.
We may review, edit, or remove prayer requests that contain personal information about others, inappropriate content, or spam.
You may ask us to remove a prayer request at any time by contacting privacy@loveyahloveothers.com.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only in these situations:

Service providers — trusted companies that help us run the Site and ministry, including:
- Vercel — website hosting
- Supabase — database and account services
- Stripe and PayPal — online payment and donation processing
- Email/newsletter service providers — to send emails you've signed up for
- Shipping carriers — to deliver store orders
Peer-to-peer payment apps — if you give through Zelle or Cash App, that transaction happens through those services and is governed by their own privacy policies. We receive only the information those services provide to us (such as your name and the amount).
Legal reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Love YAH Love Others, our users, or others.
Ministry transitions — if Love YAH Love Others merges with or transfers its operations to another organization, your information may be transferred as part of that change.
With your consent — any other time you ask us or agree for us to share it.

5. Payment Information

All card and online payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Love YAH Love Others does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank login details on our servers.

Payments made through Zelle or Cash App are handled entirely by those services and your bank.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Keep you signed in to your account
Remember items in your shopping cart
Understand site traffic and usage
Help protect the Site from fraud and abuse

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site, such as signing in and checkout, may not work properly without cookies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites and services, such as social media, video platforms, or payment apps. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that all personal data shared on our Prayer Wall is collected, processed, and displayed with transparency, respect, and explicit consent in accordance with applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA).

When you submit a request to our Prayer Wall, we may collect the following information:

Identification Data: Your full name, first name only, or alias/pseudonym (you may also choose to post anonymously).
Contact Data: Your email address (used for moderation, verification, or update notifications; never published publicly).
Sensitive Personal Information: Any information you voluntarily include in your prayer prompt, which may disclose:

- Family, relationship, or marital situations

Because prayer requests frequently contain special categories of data (such as health conditions or religious beliefs), explicit consent is required before we can process or publicly display your submission.

Explicit Agreement: By submitting a prayer request, you explicitly opt-in and consent to the public display of the information you provide on the Love YAH Love Others Prayer Wall.

Moderation & Safety: To review submissions for appropriate content, prevent spam, and protect community well-being.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize any personal or sensitive information submitted through the Prayer Wall.

5. Public Display & Visibility

Public Access: Any text published on the public Prayer Wall can be viewed by visitors to loveyahloveothers.com.
Search Engines: Publicly posted prayer requests may be indexed by third-party search engines unless submitted as private or marked for deletion.
Anonymity Option: We strongly encourage users who wish to keep their identities private to select the "Submit Anonymously" option or use first names only.

6. Your Rights & Data Control

Under privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA, you maintain full control over your personal data:

Right to Withdraw Consent / Removal: You may withdraw your consent at any time and request the removal of your prayer request. Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly delete the post from our public wall.
Right to Access & Rectification: You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you or request corrections to an existing post.
Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You can request complete deletion of your user account and associated prayer submissions from our systems.

Retention: We retain public prayer requests for as long as necessary to fulfill the spiritual support purpose of the Prayer Wall, or until you request its removal.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Prayer Wall is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has posted personal information without consent, please notify us immediately for removal.
