By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, make a donation, or make a purchase.
• Users between 13 and 17 may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
• The Site is not intended for children under 13.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us right away of any unauthorized use of your account

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Prayer Wall and User Content

Our prayer wall and any other areas where you can post content ("User Content") are meant to encourage, uplift, and support one another in faith.

By posting User Content, you agree that:

• You are responsible for what you post
• You will not include private information about other people without their permission
• You grant Love YAH Love Others a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and pray over your content as part of our ministry

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is hateful, threatening, harassing, or abusive
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or violent
• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Promotes illegal activity
• Contains spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Contains viruses or harmful code

We reserve the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice.

4. Donations

• All donations made to Love YAH Love Others are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable.
• If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or wrong amount), please contact us at privacy@loveyahloveothers.com within 30 days, and we will review your request.
• Donations may be made through Stripe, PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
• Love YAH Love Others has sole discretion over how donated funds are used to further our ministry.

5. Online Store

Products and pricing:

• We try to display products, descriptions, colors, and prices as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund.

Payment:

• Store payments are processed through Stripe and/or PayPal.
• Applicable Florida sales tax and shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

Shipping:

• We currently ship only within the United States.
• Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns and refunds:

• All store products are made to order and printed and shipped by our fulfillment partners, Printful and Printify.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered.
• Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost items must be reported within 30 days and will be replaced or refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, teachings, articles, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Love YAH Love Others and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may:

• View and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our pages on social media

You may NOT:

• Copy, republish, sell, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Use the Love YAH Love Others name or logo without written permission
• Modify our content or present it as your own

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.
